Huawei announces launch of Developer Program2.0 Shanghai, China/ September 26, 2019 - At HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei announced an investment of over US$1.5 billion over the next five years as part of the Developer Program 2.0 budget, aiming to partner with enterprises. and independent developers to build the computing industry ecosystem. It has launched Kunpeng Developer Kit and AI development platform ModelArts 2.0 for software development on Kunpeng and Ascend computing platforms.
